Okay, so I'm making my con plans for next year, and I'm trying to sort everything out. Hotel reservations are made for Terminus and we're going to spend an extra day on either end so that we're arriving on Wednesday (probably late) and not leaving until Tuesday. We might have an extra spot in our room, but won't know for sure until spring. Terminus I know we'll be attending the con officially and I'll probably be submitting programming proposals, so anybody that went to Pheonix Rising and has some feedback on how this organization works, I'm all ears.

Now Portus is another thing. I've got my hotel reserved and am planning on going to Dallas no matter what, but I'm still waffling about if I want to be official and if so, by how much. It doesn't look like much of worth is going on Thursday night and Sunday morning, so I'm thinking of just doing the daily tickets for Friday and Saturday and making other plans for the other two days. $150 for the two days seems like a good price to me, when history has shown us that the feasts aren't really worth it anyway. I've emailed the registration people to get more details about those tickets, so we'll see how it goes.

So what about all of you? What are you con plans?

ETA: I'm still digging around the webstie. Presenter registration? So, should I just wait until, oh, February and see if any proposals I decide to submit get accepted before registering? I like the choices, but I'm still really confused here.

I'm sitting here hanging out with pinkelephant42 and freetheelves2 IN MY FREAKING LIVING ROOM!!! I love it. It's like Prophecy never really ended. Pink's just in town for the night, but it's odd to think that just last week, we were hangning out together in a foreign country. And freetheelves2 lives like ten minutes away. There are other slashers IN KANSAS CITY!!!
